This i great article, but it would be good to see a similar conversation about Engagement. Before the Social Value work starts, community engagement is vital and a great opportunity for Marketing and Communications to use their skills to connect to communities and stakeholders, to share stories and build trust. I'd love to see an article on the power and value of engagement.
